- ABOUT THE SCHOOL - Hjørring Gymnasium STX & HF is an upper secondary school steeped in proud traditions. With comprehensive international activities, sending its students into the world and accepting students from abroad, it is, however, also a school very much in keeping with present-day standards.

Mission and Vision

The mission of Hjørring Sixth Form College is to contribute to the development of Hjørring and the surrounding area by offering a broad education to students in preparation for higher education Hjørring-Gym-2017-143.jpg .

Our vision is for a school where emphasis is placed on both commitment to one’s work, and that the work itself should be a source of joy.
We wish to have a broadly based school, the life of which is characterized by both high academic standards and a high level of creativity.

We wish to develop further a school milieu where there is a life after school hours involving both academic and social activities.
With these important points in mind, it is our wish to support our students in completing their respective courses of study.
